County Permits

County Permit Application Requirement

If you plan to submit any County permit application during your payment period, please be aware that the County requires a notarized authorization form from us before they will allow you to apply for that permit.

To avoid delays, we must file this notarized authorization with the County prior to your permit application being started.

We require a County Permit Application and Property Use Agreement prior to this authorization.  Please contact us for details.

Authorization Filing Fee

Our fee for preparing, notarizing, and filing this required authorization is $35.

This fee can be paid using any of the payment methods below, directly on this page by credit card, or directly to us through any of our approved payment options.
